We have a rolling admissions policy, which means that you can apply to Anglo-American University at any time of the year and commence your studies in the fall or spring semesters. Steps to Becoming an AAU Student

You can apply directly through our online application form or you can directly contact our admission specialists, at admissions@aauni.edu, who will help you fill in the application form
Once your submitted documents are collected and checked by an admission specialist, you will have an interview with the Dean of the school you have applied to. The interview can either be done in person or via skype
The admissions office will notify you after your interview within 14 days with the results of your application
When you are admitted, you can proceed with payment of tuition and afterwards you will register for your classes
Congratulations! Now you can commence your studies

What does „Independent Student“ mean? Independent students want to start from scratch, intend to complete the whole Prague MBA program, and get Chapman MBA degree

You can apply through our online application system and tick an ‘Independent‘ status in the form or you can directly contact our MBA program‘s specialists (at mba@aauni.edu) who will help you to complete the application form. Alternatively, you can fill in an application on the MBA web site, and we will get back to you

  • Resume (CV)
  • Statement of Intent (500-600 words essay sharing how the Chapman MBA will influence your future. Warning: Any copying or plagiarism will result in a rejection.)
  • Copy of ID or passport
  • A passport-sized photograph
  • Copy of your diploma(s) and transcript(s) in English
  • If you are not a native English speaker or if you have not studied in English: an electronic copy of your English language test’s Report: TOEFL (min. 550 on the paper-based test, 213 on the computer-based test, 87 on the Internet-based test), or CPE (min. A, B or C), or IELTS (min. 7), or City & Guilds - IESOL (Expert, C1). For more information please go to English Proficiency.

Once your submitted documents are collected and evaluated by an admission specialist, you will have an interview with the Dean of the School of Business Administration. The interview can either be done in person or via Skype
The admissions office will notify you within 7 days after your interview. If your interview is successful and educational background together with your work experience satisfactory, you will be provisionally accepted by Anglo-American University. Afterwards, you can progress with the Chapman on-line process.

In order to be fully accepted into the Chapman Prague MBA program, you have to apply at Chapman University too. According to the sent instructions, you have to complete on-line application form and submit the following documents:
  • 2 recommendation letters – electronically or through the Chapman on-line system
  • Notarized copies of all your diplomas and transcripts (their official translations into English) - by mail/post
  • Non-refundable Application Fee (4,500 CZK, about USD 180) - paid in cash or through a bank transfer.
  • GMAT score (not necessary for applicants who have either a graduate degree or their grade point average from a bachelor degree is at least 3.0 points or equivalent) – in an exceptional cases, the Dean may recommend a GMAT waiver.
    In case of successful acceptance to Chapman University, you will receive a Letter of acceptance.
After you have been admitted, you can proceed with a payment of tuition and you can register for your MBA classes
Congratulations! Now, you can commence your MBA studies

Learn how AAU selects students

The selection process for AAU is in several stages. Firstly you must choose the program which suits you best. Once this is completed you must fill out an application form, submit a series of required documents, pay an application fee, and have an interview with the dean of the school of study you applied to.
