Asya Kibko (she/her) is a Coordinator for the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and the School of Journalism, Media, and Visual Studies. She is here to assist students and faculty with any of their academic or administrative needs. Asya loves helping students have successful and enjoyable academic experiences and hopes to contribute to AAU with her extensive professional expertise in education and academia. Before joining the team of Anglo-American University, she held similar positions at the Tufts University Department of Anthropology and Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard Medical School.
Asya holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College, majoring in Sociology and Gender Studies. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s at Charles University in Prague, focusing on the Sociology of (Assisted) Reproduction.
Originally from Ukraine, she returned to Prague after spending six years in Boston, Massachusetts. Outside of work and study responsibilities, Asya and her partner are avid urban hikers, coffee snobs, and listeners of all things audio: books, podcasts, and music.
