A native of Prague, Klára Kolouchová graduated from AAU in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration and later went onto serve as PR manager for various foreign companies including working in London for 4 years. But her career accomplishments are not limited to corporate work, Klara is an extremely experienced climber and was the first Czech woman ever to summit Mt. Everest in 2007. Some of her most inspiring summits include Aconcagua in South America (2005), Himalayan Cho Oyu (2006) and the extremely difficult K2 mountain in 2019.

She was recently interviewed on CNN Prima News about how she balances life as a mother, a climber, and the only Czech woman to have conquered four mountains with an altitude of over 8000 meters above sea level.
