Anglo-American University in Prague Professors in the Pub: Students’ Choice of Topic

Each month, come to Café Des Taxis to have a drink and discussion with professors and other experts about important events happening in the world. Share your questions and your views, and join the long tradition of politics in the pub.
This month:
For the first event of the semester, the center table will open to students’ suggestions with the best topics put to a vote by those in attendance to win the focus of the evening’s discussion. If you have an idea to offer, get there early and secure a seat at the center table (only ideas from the center table will be put to a vote).
Will it be about war? Elections? Human rights? Come discuss these questions and ask your own.
This month’s Professors in the Pub will be held on September 18, 2025, at 6:30 pm, in Café des Taxis.
The lead professor will be George Hays II, Dean of SIRD, and YOU!
Never miss an event by adding it to your calendar!
