Prof. Matúš Šucha, Ph.D.

Matúš Šucha is a Czech traffic psychologist and a professor of psychology. His main area of professional interest is traffic psychology, with a specific focus on mobility and traffic safety. He is a court-appointed expert and a EuroPsy mentor in the field of traffic psychology. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Presidium of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic. He is the author of numerous publications focusing on the human factor in transport. Matúš Šucha is an active member of several prestigious international organizations and, among other roles, serves as Vice President of ICTCT – International Co-operation on Theories and Concepts in Traffic Safety.
