What is Parchment?
Parchment is a secure, online platform that allows you to request, send, and track your official transcripts and other academic records. It streamlines the process so you can easily share your verified documents with employers, graduate schools, or other institutions worldwide.
How to use it?
- Create an Account – Visit Parchment.com and sign up using your university email.
- Select Your Document – Choose the type of academic record you want to send (e.g., official transcript).
- Choose the Recipient – Enter the institution, employer, or individual who should receive the record.
- Track Your Order – Monitor your request in real time through your Parchment account
Costs and Processes Involved
- Current Students – Electronic transcripts sent via email are free of charge.
- Alumni – Fees apply for transcript requests. Pricing is visible during checkout in Parchment.
- Delivery Options – Documents can be sent electronically (fastest and most affordable) or by mail (longer processing times, additional cost).
- Processing time is typically 2–3 business days, though mailing may take longer depending on location.
To order a Transcript, the cost is 12 USD / 250 CZK / 11 EUR.
For a Confirmation of Graduation, it is 8 USD / 165 CZK / 7 EUR.
If you have another institution or agency request either document, the costs are 15 USD / 310 CZK / 13 EUR for Transcripts and 10 USD / 205 CZK / 9 EUR for Confirmations.
