Student Clubs

Start a Club
Starting your own student club/organization is easy, fun and a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills. To get started, simply find five friends who are interested in joining you and contact the Student Council (student.council@aauni.edu). First, you have to complete the Club Application Google Form. On the form, you have to provide the name of the club, contact information for executive leadership, social media handles if relevant, a club constitution describing the purpose and structure of your group, a promotional paragraph for the AAU website, and, if applicable, the name of the staff or faculty member who will advise the club. At the next Student Council meeting, the 10 members will vote on the approval of your club. You need a majority of votes to receive club status.
How to Join
Clubs are open all school year! It’s never too late to join a club to find a new passion and deepen your connection to the AAU community. Find out more about joining and meeting times by contacting a club’s executive members or visiting their Instagram page.
Club Events
Want to put together an event for your club? Fill out the Event Form. What counts as an event? Anything outside of your regular meetings held on campus that requires special setup and/or accommodation. Contact events@aauni.edu with questions.

It is about the creative freedom of expression and meeting new people, having fun, and relaxing. Mischief and laughter included. We will also tap into the improv and public speaking – stage fright and anxiety and how to go around them in any situation! No experience is needed. Extraverts, introverts – everyone is welcome!

Our panel of AAU professors will be in charge of the film selection, which, however, will be a complete mystery until the last 10-15 minutes before the screenplay. After that, a group discussion of the watched movie will be held, and to make the experience even more memorable and pleasant, snacks and beverages will be waiting for our guests as well.
