Summoning the dark forces of occultism, we gather to form a mystic circle of phantasmagoric magic right in the middle of the reading room of the AAU Library. “Spooky?” you say. Yes! “Weird?” Yes! Let us join hands to create a cinephilic CULT OF THE OCCULT, imbibing the supernatural energy of the vaporous ectoplasm that takes form before our eyes and spills forth its nectar of movie madness. This is not about media, it’s about a medium—three mediums, in fact, who will draw from their deep knowledge of cinema ghostly films that possess all the esoteric wisdom needed to approach the theme of cults and occultism.
So, as the autumnal brume envelops the gaslit alleyways of Prague, and the leaves fall from the trees, let yourself fall into the AAU Library for what guarantees to be three memorable evenings!
