Letenská 5, Prague 1
Office No. 4.19

Cyril Simsa is originally from London, though he has been living in Prague much longer than is really sensible. As Head of the International Office at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University he was one of the administrators who helped establish the Erasmus program at Charles University from 1998 onwards, and later also administered the Master’s degree in International Economic and Political Studies, the first accredited English-language degree program at the Faculty of Social Sciences.

He has been at AAU since 2011, where he is responsible for managing international staff and student exchanges (both through Erasmus+ and through direct university agreements), and for coordinating AAU’s summer programs. In his previous life, he worked as an editor on the centennial facsimile of the Domesday Book published by Alecto Historical Editions, and at the Natural History Museum in London.
