Founder & Leadership

Dr. Lourdes Daza Aramayo, Ph.D is an economist and international academic leader specializing in EU–Latin America.

She is the founding driving force behind the LAC-Center, established in strategic partnership with Anglo-American University (AAU), where she leads initiatives that connect academic research, policy dialogue, and international cooperation across regions.

Her work focuses on interregional relations, trade dynamics, and the digital economy, with a strong emphasis on ethical governance and global transformation. Through her leadership, the LAC-Center has positioned itself as a platform for strategic dialogue between Europe and Latin America & the Caribbean.
