(g) Judicial Control of Adversarial Abuses.
(h) Criminal Law Requirements & Issues.
(i) Conflicts of Interest.
(j) Lawyers as Counselors & in Organizations.
(k) Negotiation & Mediation.
(l) Market Regulation
(m) Distribution of and Access to Legal Services. This course will cover relevant principles, statutes, rules, codes, and cases.
