DescripciónThis course focuses on the foundational skills, theories, and professional contexts of counseling psychology, placing strong emphasis on hands-on, experiential learning. Students will learn essential counseling microskills (e.g., active listening, empathy, paraphrasing), basic theoretical orientations, multicultural considerations, and ethical standards. Through a variety of role-plays, simulations, peer feedback sessions, guest lectures, and small-group exercises, students will practice essential skills and reflect on their development as future helpers.
