By engaging in self-reflection exercises, group projects, and critical reviews of current literature, students will develop practical skills for applying positive psychology principles to personal and professional contexts. |
| Resultados del aprendizaje | Al finalizar este curso, los estudiantes deben ser capaces de: – Understand and explain the historical background, core concepts, and foundational theories of Positive Psychology (e.g., PERMA, flow, mindfulness, character strengths). – Identify and critically evaluate empirical research on well-being, optimism, resilience, and positive interventions. – Apply evidence-based strategies to enhance personal well-being and to design basic interventions in organizational or community settings. – Demonstrate practical skills in measuring and assessing well-being, using relevant tools and methods. – Reflect on ethical considerations in promoting well-being and in implementing positive psychology interventions. – Communicate positive psychology concepts effectively in oral and written forms, connecting research findings to real-world applications. |
