Business Administration: Global Management and Leadership.

Students learn how organizations operate across cultures, markets, and industries while developing the communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills required of modern business leaders. Whether pursuing careers in multinational corporations, consulting firms, NGOs, startups, or international organizations, graduates are prepared to lead with confidence in diverse professional environments.

Prague is one of Central Europe’s leading international business hubs, attracting multinational corporations, consulting firms, financial institutions, startups, and global organizations. By studying global management in Prague, students gain exposure to international business practices, multicultural work environments, and career opportunities across Europe and beyond.

The city’s international character allows students to build cross-cultural communication skills, professional networks, and practical business experience while studying in the heart of Europe.

AAU combines international business education with practical leadership development. Students benefit from dual US and EU accreditation, small class sizes, internship opportunities, project-based learning, and faculty with extensive international experience. The program emphasizes both leadership theory and real-world management skills, preparing graduates to lead teams and organizations in a global economy.

Complete a three-year bachelor’s degree in global management and leadership while earning qualifications recognized in both the United States and the Czech Republic. Students combine business fundamentals with leadership, management, and international business coursework designed to prepare them for careers in a global economy. To graduate, students must accumulate 90 US credits (180 ECTS credits) by completing 30 courses.

Having passed all the required and elective courses, students complete their studies by taking the graduation examination which includes a state exam covering the major module, a state exam covering the concentration module, and a thesis defense.

Yes. Graduates receive a degree recognized in both the United States and the Czech Republic through AAU’s dual accreditation, creating opportunities for international careers and postgraduate study around the world. 

Udělený titul je současně uznáván jako Bachelor of Arts (BA) ve Spojených státech podle akreditace u WASC Senior College and University Commission a jako Bakalář (Bc.) v České republice, podle akreditace AAVŠ u Národního akreditačního úřadu (NAÚ). Absolventi si mohou zvolit, zda budou používat titul s americkým post-nominálem nebo český titul s před-nominálem.

The Global Management and Leadership concentration is accredited by the Academic Quality Assurance Board of Anglo-American University. Its completion will be indicated on the transcript and diploma supplement.
