On Thursday, December 6th at 18:00 , the Anglo-American University’s School of Business Administration and Chapman University’s Argyros School of Business and Economics invites AAU students, teachers, alumni and supporters for the next MBA Open lecture.

Mr. Piotr Wójtowicz, Ph.D, M.B.A., the Chapman MBA lecturer of Project Management, will introduce his topic “The future of Project Management: Agile or Common Sense?” Piotr Wójtowicz currently works as Global Head of Process Architecture & Quality at DHL Global Forwarding.

During his open lecture and following Q+A, Piotr will be discussing and answering these and other questions:

  • Will Agile approaches replace the traditional Waterfall-based PM?
  • Is there anything wrong with Waterfall in first place?
  • Is Agile the only alternative?
  • Is Agile suitable for any environment? And for any size / complexity?
  • Can everybody switch to Agile? How to do that? How about mixed approaches?
  • Couldn't we just use a common sense?
