Zhanel is an alumna of Anglo-American University, where she earned a diploma in business administration with a concentration in management. She is currently the SBA Coordinator and aids in Erasmus Exchanges, handling applicant interviews, course scheduling, and student registration for courses. Zhanel has lived in Prague for about three and a half years and has been associated with the university through part-time positions since 2022.
