Originally from California, USA, Mia earned her bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences at AAU. During her time as a student, Mia experienced firsthand finding accommodation in Prague, having utilized AAU’s housing services herself. This personal experience gives her a unique perspective in assisting new students with their housing needs. 

Now, as AAU’s housing specialist, Mia helps prospective and current students secure accommodation, coordinates payments, contracts, and confirmations, and serves as a key point of contact between students, parents, and AAU’s housing partners. Her role involves daily interaction with people from around the globe, ensuring a smooth transition into student life in Prague.
