Dan Padolsky has been a member of the AAU community in various roles since 2005. He first joined AAU as advisor to the Student Council. He then started teaching intensive academic English and composition. Currently, he is also Director of both the Academic Tutoring Center and the Ambassadors Program, a peer mentoring program for new students. Additionally, he is a senator on the Faculty Senate, the Coordinator of Faculty Development, and the Coordinator of the AAU Leadership Certificate Program (starting in spring of 2017). He is constantly working to improve the quality of student writing, provide students with more leadership opportunities, and improve the campus environment for both students and faculty. Dan lives in Revnice, Czech Republic with his wife and two daughters.
