Accomodation

AAU is currently in the process of securing more housing for interested students.  More information will be available soon.

Until then, if you are interested in AAU accommodation, please contact Aneta Řezníková, aneta.reznikova@aauni.edu , at the Student Services Center.

We offer a limited number of rooms, located near Prague Zoo and Troja castle. A1 Flats – an apartment style dormitory situated in a villa. Each apartment consists of two double rooms, bathroom, and kitchen. The villa is located in Prague 8 – Kobylisy near to the metro stop “Kobylisy” and tram stop from which it takes about 20 min. to the AAU campus.

AAU cooperates with the real estate agency EBO reality, which can explain housing options, assists students in locating apartments and finding suitable roommates in Prague, while meeting personal requirements and financial limits. 
Students are responsible for signing the lease (in Czech and English) and paying the rent independently of the school.
