Libraries in Prague
Can't find it at the AAU Library? There are times when you will need to utilize other libraries for your research. Prague is filled with many excellent research institutions for all areas of study.
Cooperation agreements with the following libraries were established:
The library of the IIR has more than 70.000 titles (including but not limited to treatises, collections, yearbooks, conference materials, research and other analytical studies of research institutes and international organizations.

The main task of the Institute is to carry out a basic, interdisciplinary study of the social processes that, as a whole, constitute Czechoslovak (Czech and Slovak) history from 1938 to the present time in an international context.

Upon presentation of an AAU student ID card and one photograph, an identification card will be issued free of charge by the associate institution.

Provides contemporary resources on US foreign policy, with a focus on foreign relations, media, social, economic and political issues, American and international of law, legislative developments, and current affairs. Law (LexisNexis) and other databases. Open to the public by appointment.

The Library holds over 30,000 books in all areas of law, and philosophy, and about 146 Czech and foreign journals. Databases include LEGSYS (legal), KNOWEUROPE (EU), and CELEX (EU law).
